Mandakini Publications sells physical books and printed publications.
We make reasonable efforts to display product details, descriptions, prices, images, and availability accurately. However, minor variations may occur in product images, cover colours, print finish, packaging, or appearance due to photography, screen settings, printing batches, or supplier/courier handling.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time.
Pricing and Taxes
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and total payable amount before completing payment.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order will be the price shown at checkout at the time of placing that order.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
We currently process online payments through Stripe. Full credit card, debit card, CVV, and payment authentication details are processed by Stripe. Mandakini Publications does not store full card numbers, CVV, or full payment instrument details on its own website/server.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect customer details, courier service unavailability, technical issues, or operational issues.
Shipping Policy
Mandakini Publications ships physical books within India and internationally.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or communicated separately.
We may use courier and logistics partners including, but not limited to, Shiprocket network partners, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, or other available delivery partners.
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping destination, courier partner, customs clearance where applicable, weather conditions, serviceability, and other factors outside our control. Delivery estimates shared by the courier/logistics partner are indicative and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, and any other information required for successful delivery.
Mandakini Publications will not be responsible for failed delivery, delay, return-to-origin, or additional charges caused by incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs duties, or other customer-side issues.
International Shipping
International delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal/courier operations, import restrictions, destination-country regulations, or other factors outside our control.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local levies, clearance charges, or similar charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise.
Mandakini Publications is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, seizure, return, or additional charges caused by destination-country restrictions, customs requirements, unpaid import charges, or incorrect customer information.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After dispatch, the order will be treated under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Return and Refund Policy
Books and physical publications are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, except in cases where the customer receives a damaged item, defective copy, wrong book, missing item, or a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier/logistics partner.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at mandakinipublications@gmail.com.
You may be required to share your order ID, invoice/order confirmation, photographs or an unboxing video where available, photographs of the package, shipping label, and the damaged/wrong/missing item.
Mandakini Publications may offer a replacement first. If a replacement is not available or not feasible, an approved refund may be processed to the original payment method.
If only part of an order is affected, the replacement or refund may be limited to the affected item only.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, book descriptions, design elements, and other materials, belongs to Mandakini Publications or the respective rights holders.
Books and publications sold by Mandakini Publications are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Customers may not copy, scan, reproduce, upload, distribute, or sell unauthorized reproductions of any book, publication, website content, or related material without written permission from the rights holder.
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape data, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website or refuse service if we believe there has been misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Mandakini Publications is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, purchase of products, delivery delays, courier issues, payment gateway issues, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability for any order, if established, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Our website may use third-party service providers for payments, shipping, analytics, advertising, hosting, or other operational needs.
Third-party services such as Stripe, courier partners, advertising platforms, analytics platforms, or hosting providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Mandakini Publications is not responsible for the independent practices, policies, or actions of third-party service providers beyond our control.
Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, internet outages, payment gateway failures, government restrictions, customs delays, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or other similar events.
